What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:30-4:50; please allow yourself ample time to travel to the venue and arrive early enough to find a seat before the ceremony begins!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Our caterers are very familiar with food allergies and we will make every effort to accommodate your request! Just let us know with your RSVP!

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Glass Hill Venue is about 30 minutes from Lynchburg, Virginia. Please refer to the Details card for a written version of the directions. Please give yourself extra time, as the venue is located in the mountains.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue capacity limits, we ask that you only bring the guests listed on your invitation!

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! If you children are listed on your invitation, please bring them!

The venue has a large parking lot to accommodate all our guests!
