If you have any other questions other than what we’ve listed here, please reach out to Mariah, 585-721-0448.
Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Question

How are you following Covid guidelines?

Answer

Our venue stays up to date with all of the guidelines that the CDC and the state release. We are following all of the state guidelines, as of 10/1/21! If you do not feel safe coming, we understand completely and respect that. We can't wait to celebrate with you at a later time!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. But if you haven't, we promise you will still have an amazing time with us! Due to covid restrictions, we can't open up plus ones to every attendee— we are trying to keep the numbers down

Question

What's the bar situation?

Answer

Beer and wine are complimentary for 3 hours! If you would like to drink anything else, please plan to bring the proper funds to do so.

Question

Where can I stay?

Answer

There are a few Airbnb's in the area (listed under the "travel" tab) and there are also a few hotels that are about 15 minutes from our venue. There is not a hotel block because there aren't many guests coming from out of town. The River Spring Lodge is a beautiful place to stay and that is where the couple will be staying for the weekend, as well!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We request a final RSVP no later than September 1, 2021. We have to provide a final headcount to the venue, and ask that you be as timely as possible.

Question

What happens if I RSVP yes and I can’t come?

Answer

If 2020 taught us anything, it's that life happens. So if something happens, we get that. However, we will have to pre-pay per person before the wedding based on how many people say they are going to come, not how many people actually come. So, if you're unsure that you are going to make it, please don't RSVP yes and then change your mind after our final RSVP date. You won't hurt our feelings and would actually be helping us out to accurately RSVP to the best of your ability. Again - outside of unexpected things that may happen.
