Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by ****. You can mail back the guest card from the invitation or click on the "RSVP" tab here on our website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm. Please plan to arrive to the venue by 5:20pm at the latest. Seating is first come, first served. There will also be standing room up on the balcony if seating is full.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please wear semi-formal attire.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes "and Guest" after your name, yes, you may bring a date. However, if that phrase is not written after your name, we kindly ask you just attend.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation. If your child's/children's names are present on the invite, they are welcome to join in the celebration. If not, we most likely do not have a relationship with them, otherwise they would be invited.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please click on the "Travel" tab on our website to find our hotel blocks and other hotel recommendations close to our venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We know some family and friends have dietary restrictions/preferences. We have finalized the menu for our reception to hopefully account for a majority of these. However, please pass along any dietary restrictions so we can make any necessary arrangements.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Schlitz Audubon has ample parking space. Bonus: our ceremony and reception are held at the same venue! You won't have to worry about driving anywhere else :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time neither hotel we have a room block with has offered transportation. If this should change, we will update our answer.
