Question

When Should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP before September 12th. Kindly note that if your RSVP is not received by the specified date, we regret that we will be unable to accommodate you at the wedding. We will truly miss having you with us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, please plan to arrive by 4:00pm to find seating. There is parking available at the venue.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are requesting cocktail dress attire. Ladies can wear knee length, midi, or tea length attire. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie. Please avoid wearing white or any colors that may appear white. The bridesmaids and groomsmen will be wearing navy blue.

What will the venue be like?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outside on grass. There is a slight hill you will need to walk down. It will be in the early evening in mid October so plan accordingly. The cocktail hour and reception will be in a covered outdoor tent with heat if necessary. All events will take place in the same location.

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

There will be a bus from the Hilton hotel where our room block is. The bus will bring guests to the venue at 3:55pm and return to the hotel at 10:00pm. We have included other hotels as options, but there will be no transportation provided from other hotels. The Hyatt and Holiday Inn are within half a mile from the Hilton. There is parking at the venue.

What airport should I fly into?

Bradley International Airport (this airport is about an hour and 15 minutes away from the venue).

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your invitation.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we do love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding adult only.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phone/cameras away during our ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture our special day and have assigned a specific guest to video parts of the ceremony.
