YES! We arranged a discounted hotel block with the AC Hotel Pittsburgh Southpointe. Please see the Lodging tab for our specialized booking link, address, and price. You must book your stay prior to 2/14/2025 for the discounted price. If you call to book, do not forget to mention the “Costantino-Spirnak Wedding” to receive our discounted rate.
The church ceremony will begin promptly at 2 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early, so that everyone is seated prior to the wedding party procession. We ask you to begin arriving at the reception for cocktail hour just at 5 PM.
St. Louise de Marillac is a Roman Catholic Church, and our ceremony will be a full Liturgy with Matrimonial Rites. Regardless of belief, all guests are asked to attend the mass and encouraged to participate in the Communion Procession. If you have not been baptized in the Catholic faith, we ask you to cross your arms in front of your chest, to be blessed in prayer. If you are a Catholic in good standing you may receive communion. Mass is roughly 1 hour. God is a pillar in our relationship, and we are most excited to receive the Holy Sacrament of Matrimony. It means so much that our family & friends surround us in this moment.
During the ceremony, we request that guests silence and put away all devices to respect the Catholic mass, and to be fully present in this moment. We hired professional photographers and videographers to capture this special time. During the reception, we encourage guests to take as many pictures as they would like! We would love to see your captured moments too!
After the ceremony, the Wedding Party will be occupied with photos. Guests are invited to return to the AC Hotel, in order to utilize the complimentary shuttle services (for more shuttle information, see the Lodging tab). Please note, the cocktail hour will offer a large spread of foods starting at 5 PM.
The church, venue, and hotel each have their own parking lots with adequate space to accommodate all of our guests. We aim to avoid any unsafe situations; if you intend to drink alcohol, please utilize our complimentary shuttle services (for more shuttle information, see the Lodging tab).
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We request Black Tie Optional or Formal attire. This formality could include full suits or tuxedoes, floor-length gowns, or elevated separates.
Plus ones are specifically indicated on your invitation envelope. Please RSVP for the guest count as specified.
Our wedding reception is an adults only celebration. We appreciate your understanding!
We will provide an open bar fully stocked with beer, spirits, and a selection of wines. We will also have non-alcoholic options, including coffee.
A large variety of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a three course plated meal, including a duet plate dinner with both a beef and fish entree. There will be dessert, and more sweet treats than you can count. Please let either Megan or John know if you have a dietary restriction at least two weeks prior to the wedding date.
The reception party will end at 11 PM. We encourage guests to stay until the end of the reception, to participate in the Bride & Groom’s sparkler send-off!
