FAQs

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony at St. Demetrios begins promptly at 3 p.m.. Please plan accordingly to be seated at least 15 minutes prior, as the doors will be closed when the ceremony begins.

Question

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We love all of our friends and families and appreciate their support and excitement to celebrate with us. However, we would prefer to keep our celebration to 12 years and over to allow for our parent-friends and family to be able to relax and enjoy the reception alongside us. For the children in our wedding ceremony, there will be a curfew of 9 p.m.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity restrictions, we could not provide plus ones to our guests. Each invite will be addressed to our guests by name.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our event will be cocktail/semi-formal. For Women: -- Structured dresses of mini, knee length, midi, or ankle length -- Elegant jumpsuits -- Elegant tops with dress pants or skirt For Men: -- Suit & Tie -- Tailored blazer with dress pants Please note: No jeans or gym shoes For visual guides, The Knot has good examples here: https://www.theknot.com/content/wedding-guest-attire-cheat-sheet

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

To avoid matching the bridal party, the brides side of the wedding party will be in a deep burgundy color. Please do not wear any white, ivory, cream, or anything that will show up as these colors in photographs.
