What time should I arrive?

4:00pm. Procession will start at 4:30pm.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal! Boogie down with us in a nice pair of jeans/slacks and button down shirt or dress!

What is on the dinner menu?

Answer

Tri-tip, parmesan crusted chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled veggies. Yum!

Will there be any special dietary options?

Yes! Please let us know at the time of RSVPing.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Some friends' and family kids are invited that are closest with the bride and groom. Your invite will read "and family" if they are welcome to attend.

Is there a kids menu?

Answer

Yes! Kids will have the option between the regular menu or a kids menu including chicken nuggets, mac&cheese, and fruit. This will need to be decided at the time of RSVPing.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The venue is fully outdoors. There are heaters and umbrellas, if necessary. Bringing a sweater or jacket is a good idea.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is plenty of parking and there will be a parking attendant to guide guests. Cars are welcome to stay overnight and be picked up before noon the following day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

No, however, ride shares and taxis are welcome to the venue.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! The Fairfield Hotel in Sebastopol has blocked rooms. Just give the bride and groom's name to reserve a spot!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says, "and guest," then yes! If not, we prefer if it was just you.
