so worth the wait!!

We met through an angel... Or at least that's what we like to call her. It was March 8th (Women's Day) and my (Stef's) church Grace Fellowship was having a Bible Study/March 8th Celebration. I was asked to record a 2 min testimony of how the Bible Study has impacted me and what God was teaching me. I was honest and vulnerable about how I prayed about two things I desired most in this world and it was a husband and children. I also talked about as much as I wanted those two things, more than anything I surrender it and trust the Lord and I know I want Him the most! Little did I know that there was a first time guest at our women's group that heard that and thought "I have to meet this girl, I know someone for her". Two weeks before she had just met Daniel in the kitchen at the Winter Fest Conference in North Carolina and thought he was amazing. She told him like MANY women have told him before "I'm going to find someone for you" so he laughed and politely gave her his number thinking "I've heard this before". So that night Daniel called me and we spoke on the phone for over an hour. I wasn't sure about it and thought he was nice, but I've been in the "talking" stage with way too many guys and this doesn't mean anything yet. I definitely had my guards up HIGH! Despite that Daniel pursued me very beautifully and did not give up, I quickly started to learn his heart, his character and saw what a beautiful relationship he had with Jesus which started to melt the walls around my heart. Then we met in person and the rest is history :) There is so much more to this story and God is in the details of all the parts of our story. He doesn't miss a detail. He was and is writing our story and this is just the beginning! Thank you for being here to celebrate what God has brought together!
