Six years ago, we found each other in the simplest way — two people reaching out across a screen, not knowing that those first conversations would grow into the love that defines our lives today. From the start, we poured our time and hearts into one another, discovering that even under pressure, something luminous could form. Like a pearl born from stress, our relationship has become more radiant with every challenge we’ve faced together. Life tested us early. Just months in, we weathered being snowed in with hardly any food — a small glimpse of how we would later endure far greater storms. During COVID, we struggled, stepped back, and fought our way forward, always keeping our children at the center of our choices. Through honesty, patience, and trust, we rebuilt what mattered most: us. Since then, our love has only deepened. Cosmo’s sobriety is a triumph that fills our family with pride. Jasper’s arrival brought new joy, joining Kiki to make our days brighter and fuller. And while Cosmo has worked tirelessly, I’ve pursued my degree at WSU, preparing to move to Pullman to finish my studies in Humanities and biodynamics — a path that mirrors our shared commitment to growth and building a sustainable future for our children. Looking back, it feels extraordinary to see how far we’ve come: through strain and separation, through hardship and healing, we’ve chosen each other again and again. Our wedding day is not just a celebration of marriage, but of the life we’ve built — a love that has endured, transformed, and continues to shine with resilience and joy.
