Roanoke Regional Airport (ROA) Located about 30 minutes from the venue, this small airport offers convenient access directly into Roanoke. While flights may be slightly more expensive, it provides a quick and easy Uber ride to downtown, where all the hotels are located. Lynchburg Regional Airport (LYH) Another small airport option, Lynchburg Regional Airport is approximately an hour from the venue. Amtrak Train Amtrak provides service from major cities like New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C., directly to downtown Roanoke, offering a convenient travel alternative.

Travel to and from the venue?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided to transport guests from the hotels in Roanoke to the venue and back to their hotels after the event.

Parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue. Please note that the venue is located 25 minutes from downtown Roanoke, where the hotel room blocks are reserved. As we are in the countryside, we encourage guests planning to drink to take advantage of the shuttle services provided.

What time should you arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please note that the venue gates will close at this time and will not reopen until the ceremony concludes. We recommend arriving by 4:30 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to settle in.
