We are asking guests to please start arriving by 4:30 PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM.
If you have a plus-one, it’ll be clearly noted on your formal invitation. If not… please leave any Hinge, Bumble, or “random last-minute dates” at home. Either way, get ready for a night full of dancing, laughter, and celebrating with everyone you actually know!
While we absolutely love kids, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with just a few special little ones in attendance. We hope you understand and can still join us for a fun-filled evening!
The hotel offers free shuttle service from the hotel to the rehearsal dinner venue. However, it is also a short walk from the hotel. For the wedding, guests are welcome to drive themselves—please remember to drink responsibly—or use rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft.
Yes, there is on-site parking at the venue. Upon arrival, the venue staff will ask everyone except the driver to exit the car at the entrance. Staff will direct the driver where to park. Golf carts will transport guests from their parked car back to the venue. At the end of the night, the driver will be driven in a golf cart back to their car and can pick up the rest of their party at the venue entrance on the way out.
Unfortunately, overnight parking at the venue is not allowed. If you think you might need to leave your car overnight—especially if you plan on enjoying a few drinks—we recommend taking an Uber, Lyft, or arranging another safe ride to the venue.
For our wedding at Red Horse Barn, the attire is semi-formal / cocktail. The entire event will be outdoors, with the ceremony on grass and the reception on concrete, so please plan accordingly. Lightweight, breathable fabrics are highly recommended. Men can wear suits or dress shirts with slacks and ties (jackets optional). Women can wear cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. We also suggest choosing footwear that’s comfortable for outdoor surfaces (block heels, wedges, or dress shoes are great options).
