If you have any questions, other than the ones listed here, please reach out to Elizabeth!
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 7:30 pm, we recommend you arrive between 7:00-7:15 pm to ensure you are seated on time.

Question

Where do I park for the ceremony?

Answer

Parking near the church is limited. There are pay to park lots in the surrounding blocks. Please keep in mind it is also French Quarter Fest weekend which may affect parking availability. If you are staying at our hotel block, the church is a 5 minute walk!

Question

For our out of town guests...

Answer

To help alleviate travel issues from the ceremony to the reception, we will provide transportation for our out of town guests. We will have a transportation service to bring you from the church to The Balcony, our reception venue. We will also have transportation at the end of the night from the reception venue back to the hotel in New Orleans.

Question

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

If we have reserved a plus-one for you, it will be specified on your invitation and when you RSVP through our website. Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to meet our venue capacity restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Kids who are invited will be listed on your invitation and when you RSVP through our website.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

No. Our ceremony will take place at Immaculate Conception in downtown New Orleans. The address is 130 Baronne St, New Orleans, LA 70112. Our reception will take place at The Balcony Ballroom in Metairie. The address is 4738 Utica St, Metairie, LA 70006.

Question

What do I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! The dress code is semi-formal. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the travel tab on our website for two hotels where we have room blocks. You must book the hotel rooms prior to March 9th for the discounted rate. Additionally, there are an abundance of hotels in the vicinity of the church that you are more than welcome to book through! Keep in mind that with French Quarter Fest happening the same weekend, you should book a hotel room as soon as possible! If you are looking into getting an AirBnB for the weekend, please reach out to Elizabeth to ensure you are booking in a safe neighborhood!

Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations will be mailed in January with RSVP information included!
