Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

While we love our little ones, we have decided to make our special day adults-only! This is a perfect opportunity to have a date night!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those who were formally invited. If your invitation includes a ‘guest,’ please be sure to list your guest’s name when you RSVP so we may prepare an accurate place setting for them.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

As our celebration will take place in the warmth of mid-August, we kindly ask guests to keep the weather in mind when selecting their attire. Our dress code is Formal, which includes dresses, pant suits, and suits. Gentlemen are not required to wear a jacket; however, we respectfully request no jeans. Linen is welcomed. There is a color palette at the top of the page if you'd like to coordinate with our colors, but it is not required. We appreciate your effort in helping us create a beautiful and elegant atmosphere for our special day.

Question

Is the venue indoor/outdoor?

Answer

The Ceremony will take place in the Wellspring Chapel, which is air conditioned. The Cocktail hour will take place outside, next to the Chapel. We will have tables with umbrellas and parasols for shade. The Chapel will also stay open during the time of Cocktail hour to sit in the air conditioning if needed. The Wellspring Reception Hall is air conditioned and will open at 5:30 p.m. to find your seats.

Question

What does parking look like?

Answer

Upon entering through the designated Enter side of Wellspring, drivers will have the opportunity to drop guests off directly at the Chapel entrance. A sidewalk will guide you inside to your seat. After drop-off, drivers should proceed along the gravel drive to the marked parking area, where individual spaces are clearly designated. We kindly ask all guests to park considerately, as the lot must accommodate many vehicles. There is limited handicapped parking on the left side of the Reception Hall. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted; therefore, we encourage all guests to plan accordingly and arrange a designated driver if needed.

Question

Should I book a Hotel?

Answer

While Wooster is a bit of a drive, we highly recommend staying in town—especially with the convenience of an open bar. We have selected several wonderful lodging options for you, which can be found on our ‘Travel’ page.
