Where is the wedding? Is it indoor or outdoor?

Answer

All of our wedding events will be held at Woodland Glasshaus. The ceremony will take place indoors. Following the ceremony, weather permitting, we’ll enjoy an outdoor cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Friday (Welcome Event at 6Smith): Coastal Casual — think breezy yacht attire: sundresses, sets, and linen pants, shirts, or jackets. No jacket required. Saturday (Wedding Day): Garden Cocktail — summer hues, playful prints, and fun florals. Dress to celebrate!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We've secured room blocks at The Hotel Landing and AmericInn by Wyndham Chanhassen. Visit the “Travel” section for booking details and links, as well as other recommendations.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle service will be available between select hotels and the venue. Specific hotel information can be found under ‘Travel.’ More details will be provided closer to the wedding weekend.

Is there parking at Bavaria Downs?

Answer

Yes! There’s a parking lot on site with the option to leave your car overnight. Please plan to pick it up by 11 AM the next day. We encourage guests who plan to drink to use the shuttle or rideshare services to stay safe, but if you’re not drinking, feel free to drive yourself.

We’d love to keep things intimate, so we kindly ask that you only bring a guest if your invitation included a plus-one.
