Yes, the dress code will be business casual (or upscale tropical) but please dress for the heat. Linen pants and shirts are recommended for men. Dresses/skirts and sandals are recommended for women.
No, there is no formal dress code for the welcome dinner. However, we ask that guests take the heat into consideration as it will remain fairly hot in the evenings.
Yes you are welcome to stay somewhere else. However, we have only arranged a discounted rate at the Parador and will only be arranging transportation to/from the Parador Hotel for each event. We ask that you please let us know if you plan to stay somewhere else so we can inform the hotel to release a room.
Yes it will likely be 85 - 90 degrees. Rain is unlikely given it’s the dry period in Costa Rica but a brief downpour happens now and again. Sunblock is recommended if you are going to be out in the sun for any period.

No. We have arranged transportation to pick up guests on Friday morning, February 7 to take them to the Parador. Transportation has been arranged for all the events and to take guests back to San Jose Airport on Sunday, February 9. However, you are welcome to rent a car yourself if you prefer. Any of the major rental car companies at SJO airport will work.
No. February is the dry season in Costa Rica. There may be one or two mosquitoes but nothing unmanageable.
Yes, the first event on Saturday, Feb. 8 will be the wedding ceremony at 4:30pm. The entire day before that will be yours to spend how you please.
