Strongwater policies and procedures to keep us all safe:
*Upon entry to the venue, guests are greeted by staff and asked to sign a waiver of liability release, which also highlights current policies. Guests will be provided a mask to wear for the evening.
*After each waiver is collected, staff will assist guests with locating their ceremony and dinner table assignments and ask that they take their seat for the ceremony. Once seated within their assigned group, guests are permitted to remove their masks for the ceremony.
*Guests are instructed to put their masks back on before being released from the ceremony.
*Hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and dessert are all served family style and guests are permitted to order beverages from the bar while standing socially distanced with their masks on.
*Staff will designate dance floor space utilizing floor tape. Ten guests or fewer are permitted within each dance floor and must wear masks while dancing.

July 3, 2020. If you are not able or do not feel comfortable attending, we completely understand! Please just let us know as soon as possible. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is a parking lot located on the west side of the venue.

Answer
If you were thinking of giving a gift to help us on our way, a contribution towards our honeymoon would really make our day! We will be traveling to Banff National Park, Vancouver and Seattle, Washington.

Is the event outside?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting). The Reception will be indoors.
