Will the ceremony/reception be outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. However, if it does rain or become too cold, it will be held inside the barn. The reception will be held in a covered tent outside. Please dress accordingly as the venue is on a farm.

With the exception of children in the wedding party, our event will be adults only.

Can I bring a date?

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

How far is the hotel from the venue?

About a 15 to 20 minute drive to the venue.

How do we access the hotel blocks?
Answer
Guests can book directly at the links in the "Travel" tab or call either hotel directly. Please ask for the: "Galen & Skager Wedding" discount code.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! We will have a shuttle service going to and from the hotel to the venue if you do not wish to drive. **Please note you must be a guest at the hotel in order to use the hotel shuttle service!**

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is a gravel parking lot at the venue that can hold about 50 cars if you would like to drive yourself.

How can I inform you of a dietary restriction?

In the 'Dinner' section of the RSVP, you will be able to let us know any dietary restrictions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We ask that you please arrive 30-45 minutes before the ceremony.

As much as we love a good candid, please keep all phones put away during the ceremony, enjoy the moment, and let our photographer preserve the beautiful memories :)
