What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:00 pm so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins at 4:30 pm. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The wedding will be at Kiva Club Weddings at Trilogy at Vistancia in Peoria, Arizona. The venue is located at 27980 N. Trilogy Blvd., Peoria, AZ 85383.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is expected to be outdoors, with the reception to follow at the venue. Kiva Club has beautiful outdoor ceremony spaces with views of the golf course and Bradshaw Mountains.

What should I do if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Please include any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can share that information with the venue team.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, self-parking is available at Kiva Club. Please give yourself a little extra time when arriving so you can park and make your way to the ceremony area.

Is the ceremony on grass?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on grass, so we recommend shoes that are lawn-friendly. Block heels, wedges, flats, and dress shoes are all great options. Thin stilettos may want to sit this one out.

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love for guests to dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire. Since part of the celebration may take place outdoors, we recommend comfortable shoes that work well on grass or walkways.
