When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 18, 2026. This way we can ensure we have enough food and drinks for everyone!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30pm. Please feel free to arrive anytime after 4pm to ensure you have time to take your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a black-tie optional wedding. Floor length dresses and suits are preferred, but not required.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate children, unless they are named on the invitation. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children invited. We hope you can use this evening as a night out , you deserve it! Cheers!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar. Bar service begins at 5pm and drinking must end at 10pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be no shuttles available to and from the hotels to the ceremony. Although, the hotel is just a 7 minute drive from the wedding venue. We hope this is not an inconvenience. There are Uber and Lyft services available in the area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking when you arrive at the venue. There is a stone parking lot, but a very short walk to both the ceremony barn and reception barn.

Is the ceremony and reception inside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are both indoors. If the weather allows it, there is an outside patio and fireplaces attached to the reception area that guests are welcome to utilize.
