What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Semi-Formal For the men, this could be dress pants or slacks paired with a button down. Ties and coats are optional but welcome if you feel like dressing up! For the ladies, this could include cocktail, midi, or maxi dresses, or a skirt and blouse set. While our wedding is outdoors and we want you to be comfortable, we encourage you to dress up alongside us for this special day! We appreciate you all!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is limited parking on site at the venue, so we are saving this for those who need it. If you are needing a closer parking spot, please reach out to Elena before hand (509)668-8230. Our main parking will be at the Chelan County Expo Center 5700 Wescott Dr Cashmere WA 98815 We will have shuttles doing the 3 minute drive between the parking lot and the venue. If you wish to drop your party off at the venue, that works as well. The parking is by the Chelan County Fair Campground, so if you are choosing to stay there, it is also only a 12 minute walk from the venue. The link to this camping is in the "Travel" section

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The venue opens to guests at 2:00 PM (this is one hour prior to the start of the ceremony). We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to get to the ceremony space from the parking lot and find a seat. Please refer to the "Parking" FAQ for more information. The gates to the venue will close at 3:00 PM and will not reopen until after the ceremony.

Will the wedding ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors so please dress accordingly and bring a jacket for later during the reception!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that you only RSVP for the guests listed on your invitation, as we’re unable to accommodate additional plus ones due to venue capacity restrictions.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Kids are welcome! If you’d like to make it a date night instead, that’s perfectly fine too. Just be sure to RSVP for any little ones you’ll be bringing along. If you are missing anyone on your invitation please reach out to Elena.
