Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! We purposely chose a resort that allowed children! The cost associated for the all inclusive stay at the resort will depend on the cost of the plane tickets, the size of room you will need, and your child's age!

Will there be a shuttle that takes us from the airport to the resort and vise versa?

Answer

Yes and yes! It'll be included in the total price that you pay for the stay!

When do we need to book our room at the resort?

Answer

6 months in advance at the latest is what we would suggest. You can always do earlier if you prefer or later if there will still be rooms available. There will be a $200 deposit per guest that you will be required to put down as well.

Is it safe to leave the resort?

Answer

We were informed that yes it is totally safe for you to go off the resort. Downtown is 5 minutes away from the resort and we have be advised that it is something that you will want to experience!

Are we able to choose how long we stay, when we leave, etc.?

Answer

Yes! You will determine this when you book!

When is the best time to book my vacation?

Answer

Short answer, when you're ready. It's almost impossible to predict airfares and hotel demand, so prices fluctuate often.

What if I want to stay at a different resort or have timeshare elsewhere?

Answer

It’s understandable that your voyage to Puerto Vallarta is also a vacation for you as well and everyone has their preferences. We highly suggest staying at our resort so you have the same conveniences and experiences as everyone else. We will love having everyone around for wedding activities throughout the week. If you stay off-site, you will be required to pay a resort fee to access the resort property for the wedding and any other events.

Can I book airfare separately and only the hotel stay through Storybook Trips?

Answer

You are certainly able to book your airfare separately and only book the hotel through the group if you choose. Booking air at the same time as your hotel stay to be able to obtain discounted package rates, have the ability to be on the same flight as other guests, and to utilize our customer service during travel if need be. If you have miles or free flights, you can most definitely book airfare on your own and your hotel through Storybook Trips.
