Flight
Tulsa International Airport, the only airport in Tulsa, is small and easy to navigate, making it the best option for flying into the city. It's only 8.6 miles from downtown, where most of us will be staying over the weekend.
Flight
Oklahoma City Airport might offer cheaper flight options since it's a larger airport, but please keep in mind that it's almost a two-hour drive to Tulsa. You'll need to rent a car if you choose this option.
Shuttle
April 12, 2025 9:15 pm - 10:15 pm
We do not have a shuttle service scheduled to take guests to the ceremony, so please plan your transportation accordingly. With a festival happening the same weekend, we highly recommend scheduling your Uber, Lyft, or Tulsa Yellow Cab rides in advance to avoid long wait times. For the end of the night, a 32-passenger shuttle will make two rounds—9:15 PM and 10:10–10:15 PM—dropping guests off at the Mayo Hotel. Since many guests have flown in, we’d love to prioritize seats for those without a car. If you’re local and or have a vehicle, we encourage carpooling or taking the 9:15 PM shuttle so there’s room for others later. After the reception, some of us will be heading up to the Mayo rooftop bar—everyone is welcome to join!
