The Countdown Begins!

Cory and I met through my brother Zach and his best friend, Brody. The first time we ever "hung out" was during a game of disc golf with Zach and Cory's friends. I remember thinking to myself that this guy is pretty cute (later on I found out he was thinking something along those same lines) and that he sounded Canadian.. trust me, HE DID. I honestly thought he was from Canada.. apparently he just sounds that way when he's nervous, haha! Later on we all went to dinner and then got Ice Cream. I was the last one to order, everyone had left and gone to the car - everyone but Cory. He stood quietly away making sure I got my ice cream and wasn't left alone. He said he didn't want to leave me by myself but was too nervous and shy to make conversation, #swoon. We had a few other encounters after that and soon enough one thing led to another, we began dating, and now we're engaged!!
