Where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

Our ceremony will be on the beach directly behind our venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to walk down to the beach and find a seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Since there is limited parking at the venue, please park at First Baptist Church (100 S Forest Beach Dr, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928). Shuttles will be available upon arrival to transport guests to the venue starting at 4:00 PM. Uber is also available but limited.

What is the attire?

Answer

Welcome Party: Coastal Casual Cocktail - Light, breezy, and slightly dressed up. Wedding: Beach Formal - Elevated attire suited for the beach—sundresses, lightweight suits or button-downs with dress pants, and dressy sandals/ or loafers. Formal, but comfortable for sand and warm, breezy, beachy weather!

How do I get into Sea Pines for the welcome party?

Answer

When you arrive at the gate, just say you’re there for a private event under “Dan Miller,” and you’ll be able to enter for free.
