The ceremony begins at 1:30pm at Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish - North Lake Church. Please arrive 15 mins before to allow for seating ahead of the processional.
Yes, the ceremony will be at Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish - North Lake Church at 1:30 pm and the reception begins at Red Circle Inn at 4:30pm. Guests are free to check in to their hotels, grab a drink somewhere or relax on their own in between the two events.
There will be a shuttle service running from the hotel blocks to the reception venue starting at 3:20pm, and it will begin again for rides back to the hotels at 9pm. It will run continuously until the end of the reception. Shuttle schedule will be posted in each hotel lobby. No transportation is provided from the church to the reception (given the gap). We would recommend parking at your hotel after the ceremony and grabbing the shuttle to the reception at Red Circle Inn!
Yes, we want our guests to look their best! It is suggested to wear an elevated, winter cocktail attire. A suit or dress shirt with a tie is suggested for men. A midi to full length dress, jumpsuit or dressy separates is suggested for women. Please no jeans. Yes! There will be an open bar for the cocktail hour & reception at Red Circle Inn. The bar does close during the dinner portion (5:30-7), so we'd recommend grabbing an extra drink right before to make sure you are covered! A wine pour will be provided with your meal as well!
