Question
How do I RSVP/ When should I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP select the RSVP tab and type in one of the names listed on your envelope. We ask that all rsvps are due no later than April 5th, 2025. Any RSVPs after this date will be marked as “not going” as we will be sending in our final head count to the vendors after this deadline- you will be missed!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! Our dress code is cocktail/casual attire. Any color is encouraged (besides white of course), long or short dresses, nice blouse and pants, suits are not required but if you would like you can wear them, dress pants and a button up or even your best pair of jeans will do!

Can we bring our kids?
Answer
While we adore children, the wedding is an adults-only celebration with the exception of the children in the wedding party. We apologize for any inconvenience but if your child(ren) are not listed under you RSVP, please make prior accommodations for them and enjoy a date night with us!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Our wedding will be intimate to enjoy with all of our close friends and family. At this time, we are not extending plus ones. If your partner is invited their name will be included on your invite, or when you go to RSVP.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30pm. We will be taking photos on the property prior to ceremony so please do not find your seat earlier than 4:00pm. We kindly ask all guests to arrive and be seated by 4:20. If arriving later, there may not be an opportunity to reach your seat before the ceremony commences.

Where do I go when I arrive?
Answer
When you arrive you will not see the ceremony area at first. Walk up to the reception building and go around the west side of the building and you will see the ceremony area straight ahead.

Can I take pictures during/throughout the ceremony?
Answer
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

Will the venue be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors with a beautiful view of the Skiatook Lake! In case of inclement weather, we will relocate inside the reception area.

Is there parking/any shuttles?
Answer
Yes there is a huge parking lot right infront of the venue. The Osage Casino Hotel also offers shuttles if you rent a room there!

Where can I stay?
Answer
There is a Osage Casino Hotel 7 Miles down the road that you can rent a room at, they also offer shuttles! There is also cabins around the lake you could rent if you would like to as well!

Can I bring my own alcohol?
Answer
No. Alcohol outside of what we provide for the bartender to serve is prohibited, that also goes for having it in your vehicle.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! We will have an open bar until we run out of drinks, or last call at 9:30. We will have all of our favorite beers and wines. Please have your ID on you to be served. The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
