Our ceremony will be held indoors in the members' hall, and then we'll move outside to the event lawn for dinner and dancing. Desert temperatures can drop quickly after sunset, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable once the sun goes down!
To make the evening as easy and enjoyable as possible, we will be providing transportation to and from our wedding venue. Shuttle service will pick up guests from the Hilton Cavasson, and bring everyone to the ceremony and reception, with return transportation back to the hotel at the end of the night. If you are planning to use the shuttle, we recommend staying at the Hilton Cavasson so you can take advantage of the convenient pickup and drop-off. More details on shuttle timing will be shared closer to the wedding date.
Yes! Valet parking will be available for all wedding guests. Please note that vehicles cannot be left overnight at the venue, so plan to arrange alternative transportation if you plan to enjoy the festivities.
Yes! Ubers and other rideshare services can drop you off at the venue. However, rideshare pickup from the venue can be difficult. For your convenience, provided transportation will be available from the venue to the Hilton, where you can easily request an Uber or other rideshare service. If you are staying somewhere other than the Hilton, we recommend using the provided transportation to the Hilton and arranging your rideshare from there.
We do not have a registry as your presence is our greatest gift.
