Question

I have question that’s not on here, who do I contact?

Answer

Please contact the MOH, Audrey at 814-636-9979. If you are more comfortable contacting Jasmine and Cortly you may do that but be mindful when we’re getting closer to the wedding date as they will be very busy planning and worrying about last minute details!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 31st. Anyone who hasn’t RSVP’d by April 20th will be marked as not attending.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive around 2:30pm so we can make sure everyone is parked, seated and ready to start the ceremony around 3pm. We will have someone directing parking and doing shuttle runs if needed. Please contact Audrey or the bride/groom if handicapped parking is needed!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Attire is cocktail/festive/wedding casual. Summer dresses, jumpsuits, nice pants, blouses, collard shirts. Will be outside so dress accordingly for the weather. The ground may be soft or muddy so wear proper shoes and/or bring extra.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only the people named on the invitation are invited. No plus ones unless explicitly stated on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome at the ceremony reception and bonfire. We tried to include all kiddos in the invitations, if we have missed any or you have questions please contact Audrey or the bride/groom!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are having a taco bar with chicken and beef as protein options. If anyone has any food restrictions or allergies and is worried please contact Audrey or the bride/groom by April 1st!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be a small selection of beer and wine. If you’d like to byob you are welcome to do so. If you plan to go home after the bonfire please make sure you have a sober driver!!! MOH will take the keys from those who attempt to drive drunk!!

Where should I sit?

Answer

The first row of chairs at the ceremony will be reserved seating, please double check if your name is there, the rest will be open seating. We will have an assigned seating chart for the reception posted at the venue. Please follow accordingly, if you have an issue or need wheelchair assistance please contact Audrey or the bride/groom.

I’m from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

Please contact Audrey or the bride/groom if you need somewhere to stay for the weekend, we would love to help you make arrangements! We have some hotel suggestions or we have some other options!
