High school sweethearts turned UMass Minutemen turned ESPNers.​ How? Well, we first met in December of 2011 at Holy Name in Chorus (ya, I know, lame). Then we would pass each other in the halls calling each other bad names (fantastic start, really). Then Mike joined the stage crew in theater JUST so we could hang out. I, of course, was a star. We then got yelled at for hugging too much (true story). Mike somehow got me to agree to go to prom with him, then months later yelled at me in the middle of another extra-curricular activity because he wasn't invited to mine. So, he won. After months (years?) of categorically denying we weren't anything but friends ..... we officially started dating on May 17, 2013, at Mike's Junior Prom. Mike could not wait to make it facebook official (natural attention seeker). Skip ahead eight years and we got engaged in December of 2020 in our living room. and now you are coming to our wedding at the place we started dating at. Funny how life works, huh?
