What time should I arrive at St. Patrick's Church?
Answer
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Please know that the upper church is not handicap accessible. There are 15 steps at the front entrance of the upper church.

Is there parking at the church?
Answer
There is no parking lot at St. Patrick's Church. Public garages and lots are located nearby. On street parking in the neighborhood can be difficult. If coming from the hotels we recommend walking or taking an uber.

I haven't been to a Catholic Mass before, what should I expect?
Answer
Here are some common questions and answers on things to know about a Catholic Wedding Mass, including what to do regarding reception of Communion. https://www.spokenbride.com/blog/2020/3/20/answering-common-questions-from-non-catholic-wedding-guests- If you are not Catholic, please refrain from receiving the Eucharist. Also, please know it is okay to use to the restroom during the ceremony. They are located in the parish hall, next door to the church. If looking at the Altar, go up the right side aisle and out the open door to the parish hall.

Am I allowed to take photos during the Wedding Mass?
Answer
Please refrain from taking any pictures or video during our Wedding Mass. We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones off. Trust our photographers to capture the moments! We want your hearts to be joining ours in prayer.

Will there be transportation provided to and from the wedding?
Answer
We will not be providing transportation to the Church or Reception. All locations are within walking distance. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in the city.

What is the Dress Code?
Answer
Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner: we kindly ask that you wear business casual attire. Wedding Mass and Reception: we kindly ask that you wear black tie-optional attire. Ladies, please wear an evening gown or similar floor-length dress. The bridesmaids will be wearing champagne dresses. Gentlemen, please wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. The groomsmen will be wearing black tuxedos. Can I bring a plus one or my kids?

Due to capacity restrictions, please only bring who is included on your invitation.

Do I need a car?
Answer
If you are staying in Center City, a car will not be needed. Everything you need is accessible by walking, rideshare services, or public transportation.
