USS Nightmare
Rachel and Jacob know all of the best haunted houses in Southeast Ohio, and started collecting these stats from their very first date. The USS Nightmare is one of the newest on their list, but is easily one of the best we've ever been to. Keep with the October vibes and go get scared in their honor - and if you're interested, we'd be happy to supply you with some of our other favorites as well.
Montgomery Inn: The Boathouse
Montgomery Inn is, in Jacob's opinion, is some of the best BBQ in Cincinnati. The location listed here lies on the Ohio River, with beautiful views. If you don't love the river, however, Montgomery Inn: The Original is located in Montgomery, nearby Jacob and Rachel's home.
Kings Island
During October weekends, King's Island's Halloween Haunt is in full swing! It's a favorite of ours (and where we had our second date). If you have time on Friday night, be sure to check it out!
Great American Ball Park
If you have time for a Red's game, we highly recommend it. The Red's are an underrated team, which means the vibes are always good and the best seats are usually available.
Jungle Jim's International Market
Jungle Jim's is the grocery store of all grocery stores. While a little further out, the Fairfield Jungle Jim's is the original and the largest. If you have time and want to travel the world in food, this is the place to do so.
