We are not reserving a room block for our wedding; however, we will be staying at a nearby vacation rental property that you can stay at as well! We have listed a couple of hotels in the area as well. Please see our Accommodations page for more info.
We will not be providing transportation. Guests should plan to arrange their own travel to and from the venue. We encourage everyone to plan ahead and consider carpooling, designating a driver, or using a rideshare service so you can relax and enjoy with us!
Because we have chosen to have a small wedding with a limited guest count, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation. Thanks for understanding!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be limited to the children specifically listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Please plan to arrive by 3:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating. Our ceremony will start at 3:30pm sharp.
Mid-November in Wildwood is usually chilly. Expect the high during the day to be in the 60s and the low to drop to the high 30s to mid 40s.
Both our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. As a disclaimer, our ceremony will be in a valley where it can get windy. We will have blankets available for guests who need extra warmth during the ceremony. The cocktail hour will be outside on the Lookout Deck where their will be heaters. Additionally, our reception will be indoors.
Our wedding attire will be semi-formal. Ladies: Think dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or dressy separates with long sleeves. Guys: Suits, or a blazer paired with dress pants and a button-down shirt, are perfect. Bring a jacket or coat to stay warm since the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. We also encourage guests to wear comfortable shoes. Ladies may want to consider low block heels, boots, or flats, while men may want to wear dress shoes, loafers, or boots. Additionally, our wedding colors will feature autumn tones (i.e. burnt orange, terracotta, wine red, and green). Feel free to wear these colors if you’d like. Whatever you do just please don't wear white!
A chauffeured golf cart will be available to assist our guests who may need help getting around the venue. If you have any questions or accessibility needs, please reach out to us directly.
We will be serving beer, wine, and spiked hot chocolate rather than offering an open bar.
Please do not smoke or vape at the wedding! It is a $500 fine. If you are found smoking at our venue, you will be paying for it ;)
