FAQs

Question

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

Please let us know your plans by February 1st, 2020.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 2:30 PM. So please arrive a few minutes early so that you may be seated in time.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Usually we would say yes, but you deserve a night out for yourselves! Come celebrate with the happy couple as adults! Get a sitter. It's only one night. :)

Question

Are we allowed to take pictures of the beautiful bride and handsome groom during the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. The bride and groom ask that you please silence your cellphones and keep them and/or your cameras put away. This will be an "Unplugged Wedding." There will be a photographer who will take plenty of pictures which will be available for you to all view at a later time. Thank you!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes, please see the "Travel" page for clarification.

Question

Does the hotel offer early check-in? Because the website states check-in begins at 3:00 but the wedding begins at 2:30.

Answer

The hotel cannot guarantee early check-in, however if you ask for it and they are not terribly busy that weekend, they may be able to accommodate you. The best way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before. Worst case scenario, you can park your vehicles at the venue overnight and bring your luggage with you on the bus back to the hotel following the wedding.

Question

What if all the rooms from the room block are taken?

Answer

There is a Hampton Inn that shares the same parking lot as the Holiday Inn Express. So if the room block is full at the Holiday Inn Express, try the Hampton Inn and you can still utilize the bus service back to the hotels.

Question

Are they registered?

Answer

As we're getting married we thought it would be fun, to move into a brand new home! As wedding gifts are bulky and we're a little short on space, some money would be the ideal gift to help us buy our place!
