What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at Mistletoe Acres Tree Farm for the ceremony by 3:00pm on Saturday October 12th. Buses will be departing Plymouth between 2 and 2:15pm.

Is there a dress code?

Dress code is cocktail attire- have fun with it and be yourself :)

Question

I wish that I could go back to the hotel and change before the after party! What do I do??

Answer

Our after party is very close to the venue and so there will not be transportation back to the hotel in between the reception and the afterparty. We ask that if you want some comfy clothes to change into, to please bring a bag on the bus with you. Your bag can stay on the bus and will be transported with you to the after party. We will provide a place for you to change so that you will be comfortable and able to have fun for the rest of the night.

Should I have a song prepared in case there is randomly an opportunity to do karaoke??

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! There is a section on the RSVP where you can let us know any allergies or dietary restrictions, but you can reach out to us directly any time.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a block of 20 rooms available for reservation at the Holiday Inn Express (exact address is on the travel page of this site). In addition to that hotel there are multiple hotels in Plymouth that you can stay at. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue if you are driving! That being said, we will also have an uber code for the day to comp your trip to and from the venue if you prefer to use that.

I don't want to go to the after party, can I get taken back to my hotel after the reception?

Answer

Are you sure? Just kidding, but yes, the bus will leave the reception, drop off the after party crew and take the remaining guests back to the hotel in Plymouth.
