We are thrilled to welcome you to our home of Brooklyn, New York in celebration of our wedding. Please see our recommendations, suggestions, alerts and tips for the weekend.
Our wedding date coincides with the 50th New York City Marathon. The city (including Brooklyn) will be more crowded than usual. Please see our suggestions below for the weekend: - PLEASE ADJUST YOUR TIMING to arrive early to the venue. Plan for delays/street closures. - Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg is part of the marathon route, we encourage you to find a coffee shop, pub, or street corner along the route and cheer on the runners. It's quite inspiring to watch. - Make hotel and any dinner/activity reservations as soon as possible to prevent lines and crowds. https://www.nyrr.org/tcsnycmarathon
We are so excited to celebrate with you, but safety and inclusion are important to us. All guests need to email jamesandmollywedding@gmail.com with the information required to fulfill one of the options below, prior to October 15, 2021: A clear copy, photo or screenshot of a completed vaccination card or New York State Excelsior Pass (for New York residents). This must be labeled with guest’s full first and last names. NY State now is requiring all restaurants and indoor gathering spaces have all guests provide proof of vaccination. To make your trip a little easier, download the Excelsior Pass. Link to downloading the pass can be found in our travel tab. We are carefully following the infection rates, vaccination rollouts, and international travel restrictions. We intend to update you all here with any changes or alterations in our plans.
