What time should we arrive?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, seating, and settling in. The ceremony will start promptly as scheduled.

What should I wear?

Dress code is cocktail attire. Gentlemen might wear slacks, a button-down, and suit jacket, and ladies may opt for a cocktail dress.

Will dinner be provided?

Yes! A catered dinner will be served for all guests who RSVP. Please note any dietary restrictions on your RSVP so we can ensure everyone is accommodated.

Yes, our wedding registry is available right here on our Zola website. Your presence truly means the world to us, and while gifts are not expected, your kindness is deeply appreciated. To God be the glory.

Where should we stay?

Hotel accommodations are available at the Hampton Inn Martinsville, Virginia where we have rooms blocked for our event. If you plan to book a room, please do so early — rooms may fill quickly around event weekends. You are welcome to explore alternative arrangements to your liking.

Will transportation be provided?

Guests are welcome to drive or carpool. Onsite parking will be available near the ceremony and reception venue.
