What should i do if I already sent you my RSVP?

Melissa and Con will be texting/calling everyone regarding the new date and inquiring about if you can or cannot attend the new date.

COVID-19 Restrictions as of 2/2/2021 (restrictions may ease as event get closer)

Answer

- Masks are required to be worn when entering the Ballroom and throughout the event when not eating/drinking. -Temperatures are taken at the door to ensure no one has a fever. -The dance floor may remain open for all to enjoy but the entertainment company that you have contracted is to make announcements throughout the evening reminding everyone to stay safe and keep a distance from one another. -We do socially distance the guest tables and recommend no more than 10 people per table. (Most of our couples experience 6-10 guests per table as those families already socializing together, feel confident with a greater amount at their guest tables) -Glass Shields are currently up at the bars to ensure safety for our staff and your guests. - Mendenhall will provide hand sanitizers and sanitizing wipes throughout the Atrium/Ballroom. Our staff has been instructed to wipe down surfaces throughout the entire night. - Our Staff will have gloves and masks on throughout the entirety of the event.

Will the couple be upset if I do not attend due to Covid-19?

Answer

No! Please understand that we realize this is a difficult time. We do NOT want anyone to feel obligated to attend. Please simply let us know if you plan to attend. Also note, if you feel sick the day or so before, we understand if you have to cancel last minute.
