FAQs

The Wedding Website of Cormac Roth and Grace Monroe
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will be sending out paper invitations in April, and the RSVP on the website will open shortly afterwards. Please RSVP by April 27.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive roughly 30 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time to manage parking, find a seat, and enjoy our live musicians!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This event will be cocktail attire, such as cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. We encourage our guests to choose shoes and attire that will be comfortable throughout our time together as we gather in this beautiful natural environment. We suggest wearing layers as temperatures may fluctuate, and avoiding heels.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with all your little ones, similar to plus ones, we can only accommodate children if they are listed on your invitation.

Question

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Answer

We would prefer for our ceremony to be "unplugged" so that we can share in this moment with our guests, and let our professional photographers work their magic. During the reception, our guests are welcome to capture some beautiful memories, but we ask that you refrain from posting them online while we wait for our professional images to be processed. Once you see our official posts, please feel free to share!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our dinner service will be a catered buffet style meal with labeled menu items. Once meal options are finalized, they will be listed on the website with dietary information. As a part of the RSVP process, please reach out to us with any dietary restrictions or concerns.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Please follow the below instructions from the Nature Center to arrive at the event venue: When you arrive, please stop at the gatehouse and let the attendant know that you’re here for the Monroe-Roth Wedding. They will allow you in for free as our guests for the day. Please turn LEFT onto the dirt road at the big CAMP sign. Follow this dirt road until it concludes at the Camp. There are two lots at Camp for parking. Uber and Lyft do serve this location – but they take a long time to arrive. Please call early for a ride home.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a hotel shuttle for this event. Please plan accordingly, and be aware of the limited rideshare app service to/from the venue. If needed, cars may be left overnight at KNC, and the gates will reopen at 7:30am the following day for pickup.

Question

How far is parking from the venue spaces?

Answer

Parking is connected to the barn where the reception is being held by a short walk. It is a roughly five minute walk from parking to the butterfly garden for the ceremony. That walk will take you over grass and a dirt path, so if you need any mobility assistance, please reach out to us, and we can arrange a golf cart ride with the venue!
