Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Kaleigh Miller and Corey Hill
Thank you all so much for making the trip to celebrate with us—we hope you enjoy all of the incredible things northern MI has to offer!

Downtown TC Spots We Love

Taproot Cider House 7 Monks Tap Room The Little Fleet Amical Rare Bird Brewpub Lil Bo Bar and Restaurant Common Good Restaurant Right Brain Brewery Slabtown Burgers North Bar

Kayak, Bike & Brew

436 West Front Street, Traverse City, MI 49684

One of our favorite things we have done in the area! Great way to try a few local breweries while having tons of fun seeing the sights around the bike trails and river. Meet at the The Lounge at Kayak Bike in downtown Traverse City for check-in and gear up for your bike ride. You’ll pedal and paddle to three fantastic breweries conveniently located near the river and lake, where you can savor some delicious local craft brews, seltzers & ciders.

The Village at Grand Traverse Commons

1200 West Eleventh Street, Traverse City, MI 49684

Located just a few blocks from downtown Traverse City, The Village at Grand Traverse Commons is a unique collection of shops, boutiques, galleries and restaurants in a cluster of creamy castles, surrounded by acres of beautiful wooded grounds. In another life, the property and buildings were known as the Traverse City State Hospital. We love wandering through all the twists and turns of the historic complex and exploring all the cute shops below ground.

The Little Fleet

448 East Front Street, Traverse City, MI 49686

The first spot we ever visited in TC! Bar and food truck lot in downtown with great outdoor vibes.

Right Brain Brewery

225 East Sixteenth Street, Traverse City, MI 49684

Where Corey discovered his favorite beer—Chubby Squirrel! Feel free to grab a case for the groom while you're there ;)

Old Mission Peninsula Wine Trail

15900 Rue De Vin, Traverse City, MI 49686

Visit and explore a few of the 10 wineries located on Old Mission Peninsula. A few of our favorites are Chateau Chantal, Chateau Grand Traverse, and Bonobo Winery.

Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail

We love Leelanau Peninsula so much we chose it as our wedding spot! Beautiful views everywhere you drive. Favorite wineries include Ciccone Vineyard (of course), Aurora Cellars, and Two K Farms. Highly recommend stopping at Leelanau Cheese for a snack while out this way!

Historic Fishtown in Leland

203 West River Street, Leland, MI 49654

Quaint fishing village with lovely shops and amazing sandwiches at The Village Cheese Shanty.

Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore

Empire Bluff Trail, Honor, MI 49640

Our favorite short hike in the area. Absolutely incredible views, highly recommend stopping on your way out of town if you're driving back down around the lake!

Two K Farms Cidery & Winery

3872 South West Bay Shore Drive, Suttons Bay, MI 49682

Gorgeous bay views and great ciders on Leelanau Peninsula. We love to spend an afternoon here outside on their patio with Bart :)

Hop Lot Brewing Co. & Beer Garden

658 South West Bay Shore Drive, Suttons Bay, MI 49682

Incredible beer garden on Leelanau Peninsula.

Mission Proper

13795 Seven Hills Road, Traverse City, MI 49686

Awesome spot to hang out on Old Mission Peninsula. Coffee, cocktails, outdoor space, overall great vibes.

Farm Club: Restaurant, Farm Market & Brewery

10051 Lake Leelanau Drive, Traverse City, MI 49684

Farm-to-table restaurant and marketplace just north of TC, great spot to spend a few hours.

Boathouse Restaurant

14039 Peninsula Drive, Traverse City, MI 49686

Beautiful restaurant with bay views, best meal we have had in the area.
