Darielle and Courtney lived very separate lives. Courtney was born and raised in Rhode Island, and Darielle was born and raised in Massachusetts. They each grew up in loving homes- Courtney growing up to become an amazing dad, Darielle chasing her education and career. Eventually, both wound up facing major adversity and found themselves searching for help. One fateful day, they found themselves at a convention seeking help to improve their lives. A mutual friend introduced them to one another, and the spark was lying just beneath the surface. Neither of them imagined that the thing missing from their lives was each other. As time went on, the pair became inseparable (thanks, COVID), and that fortunate meeting became the beginning of their very own fairytale. For years they went through every obstacle life had for them - as a team. Whether they were living life to the fullest floating down the Congaree River or sending each other love letters to feel closer when they were forced apart, each day deepened their commitment to one another. Fast forward five years, and this miraculous tale took a turn. Courtney asked Darielle's family for her hand in marriage. On July 31st, 2025, after a long day at the bank, Darielle put her bags down at the lake house and turned to see Courtney down on one knee. Now, the couple is excited to get to spend the rest of their lives writing the story of their love!
