What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30PM sharp, so we ask that all of our guests arrive at least 30 minutes before then. Also, there may be traffic on the way to the venue as "Cox Farms" located close to the venue is opening that weekend, please plan your travel time accordingly. Thank you!

Am I able to check-in to my hotel early?

Answer

If you are staying at the Westfield Marriott, the hotel is doing their best to accommodate early check-in for our guests' needs.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle service that will pick up guests from the Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles hotel and the venue later in the evening. The shuttle service is called "Chariots For Hire". They will pick up guests once from the Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles hotel at 3:45PM to the venue. The same shuttle service will pick up guests from the venue to the hotel at different times throughout the night with the last pick-up time being 12AM. If you miss the shuttle, do not worry, this hotel is 10 minutes from the venue and there are Uber / Lyft services available as well. Thanks!

Where do I park at the venue?

Answer

To help ease the flow of traffic, we kindly request that all guests park on the right side upon entering the neighborhood.

If I can't reach you, who is the emergency contact?

Answer

Should you have any questions or require assistance on the day of the wedding, please feel free to reach out to our dedicated wedding coordinator, Josephine, at (240) 409-7662. She will be there to assist you and ensure everything goes off without a hitch.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back around the date in which we have provided, your RSVP will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide a total guest count to our vendors in a timely manner and can't accept late RSVP's due to this. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Please note, the ceremony will be outdoors in the grassy area. For example, men can wear a suit and tie, while women can wear a cocktail dress. Thanks!

Can we take our own pictures/videos?

Answer

Yes of course! We welcome you to take your own pictures/videos of our special day. We just ask that you please be mindful of our photographer as well. Thanks!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate our special day with you and our closest friends and family! However, we do have a strict guest list due to our venues capacity and we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. For example, on your RSVP you will see "___ of 2 attending" or "___ of 1 attending" this is where you will know how many people are welcome to join your party for this special day. Thanks for understanding!
