We'll be staying in beautiful Boulder for the weekend! We have room blocks at 2 hotels in the downtown area. They are across the street from each other. We have listed a handful of other great options below. Transportation to and from Planet Bluegrass will be provided, leaving from the Embassy Suites on Canyon Boulevard promptly at 2:45 PM. October is a very busy month in Boulder and we strongly encourage you to reserve your hotel as soon as possible, if you plan to stay there. Our wedding happens to fall on the same weekend as CU Boulder parents weekend and a home football game. Hotels in the area are booking fast. Staying in Denver is also an option and you can Uber/Lyft directly to Planet Bluegrass (~1.5 hour drive) or take a ride up to Boulder (~45 minute drive) and hop on our provided transportation from there. Longmont, Estes Park, and a handful of other towns are also very close that would be great to stay in too.

Denver International Airport

For our out of town guests, we suggest flying into Denver International Airport and then driving up to Boulder. Boulder is about a 45 minute drive from the Denver airport.

If you prefer to stay in Lyons where the wedding venue is, this is the only hotel in town. It has 5 total rooms so if you want to stay here definitely book early! It's right on the main downtown street and less than a 10 minute walk to Planet Bluegrass.
