Welcome Event Boat Ride

5:15 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual Tropical Attire

Join us for a sunset cruise around the Sarasota Bay for the kickoff event of the weekend. Enjoy light fare, an open bar and steel drum music as we cruise on Sarasota’s own Le Barge. We also hope to see some dolphins and manatees. We will begin boarding 45 minutes in advance. We kindly ask that you arrive at 5:15, as the boat is on a strict schedule and will depart the dock promptly at 6:00pm. Casual tropical dress is encouraged. With the breeze and setting sun, consider bringing a sweater or light jacket. We will set sail rain or shine. We hope that you can join us! 🌴🌸

Ceremony

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Beach Cocktail Attire

The ceremony will take place on the water in then South Gardens. We encourage you to wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking.

Cocktails Under the Ceremonial Oak

6:00 pm - 7:15 pm

Beach Cocktail Attire

Enjoy an open bar with a view of the gardens and Sarasota Bay under the Ceremonial Oak.

Dinner and Reception

The dinner and reception will take place in the ballroom in the North Gardens. There will be a DJ and dance floor that will open up after dinner. There will also be an open bar, a dessert bar and a late night snack offered later in the evening.
