Ceremony & Reception

Ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive by 4:15 PM! Welcome drinks and music will be available upon arrival. Cocktail hour and dinner will follow the ceremony. Dinner will include your choice of: * Ruby Red Snapper: One of Excelsior's signature dishes, pan seared and topped with a sweet, tart, and slightly spicy Mayan citrus salsa *Short Ribs: Slow cooked short ribs served with Yukon Gold smashed potatoes and a rich braising liquid reduction *Sweet Potato Gnocchi (Vegetarian): Baked sweet potato filled gnocchi finished with a sage brown butter sauce Then get ready to dance under the disco ball! 🪩
