When should I RSVP by?

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place at Corinne's childhood home at 199 King St, Parrsboro, Nova Scotia.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00, please arrive no later than 4:45 to ensure you are seated on time.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting that our guests dress in cocktail attire. Our wedding party will be wearing black, we kindly ask that you save this colour for them! We ask that guests choose to wear colours other than black or white that feel celebratory to you! Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors and in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into consideration when choosing your shoes!

Will there be drinks at the reception?

Answer

There will be wine served at dinner but the reception is BYOB (bring your own beverages). Pack your favourites to celebrate with us! There will also be water available throughout the day to ensure everyone stays hydrated!

Is there transportation from the reception?

Answer

Yes! Many of the accommodations are within a 10 minute walk of the venue but there will be a shuttle available to make sure all of our guests get home safely!

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we love your little ones! We will include your children on your invitation. Your children are welcome to join us for the ceremony and dinner. However, we ask that all children leave by 9:00. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! You can park at either the high school, which is a 3 minute walk from the ceremony, or at the Lion's Den across the street from the ceremony. We ask that you please do not park on the side of the road in front of or across the street from the ceremony. Thank you!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited will be accommodated. If a plus one has been given to you, it will be written on your invitation and they will appear with your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
