It all started with the wonderful world of online dating. Corinne had been using the Bumble app for over a year, while Dan was new to the online dating scene. It was the weekend before Valentine's Day when Dan's picture popped up as a match on Corinne's phone. As many of you know, the girl has to initiate communication on Bumble, so Corinne opened with a stellar line..."Hey, how's it going?" Dan was hooked. After speaking throughout the weekend, Dan decided to ask Corinne out for their first date, on none other than Valentine's Day. No pressure at all. Corinne took a little convincing, however they eventually agreed to meet at the Panera, half a mile from Corinne's apartment. This way she could easily use the excuse "Oh I have to go feed my dog Milo" incase Dan turned out to be a bust. Corinne made her way to Panera. She pulled into the parking lot, and waited in her car until she was sure Dan was coming. Corinne saw a dark SUV pull in and park directly behind her. She knew immediately that it was Dan, as he was wearing the exact same outfit he was in his profile picture. Glad to know she wasn't being 'cat fished', Corinne exited the car and introduced herself. They made their way inside Panera and proceeded to have the best first date either of them had ever had. Dan and Corinne found themselves connecting with each other in a way neither of them had on any other date before. Dan was so taken with Corinne that he gave her a box of chocolates, and Corinne was so charmed by Dan that she didn't use Milo as an excuse once, and even agreed to extend the date by going to a movie after dinner. The two went to a movie, holding hands and chatting through out. Eventually, Dan drove Corinne back to her car, where the evening ended in the couple's first kiss. Now, Dan and Corinne celebrate Valentine's Day as the day they met their other half. Two years later, Corinne and Dan are engaged to be married, and are excited to celebrate their love and life together with all of you!
