There will be a coach bus to transport any guests staying at the hotel. Please make sure to arrive on time to take the shuttle to the venue! Please arrive BEFORE 3PM for the shuttle. SHUTTLE TIME: 3:00PM

Booking through link will guarantee the discount rate and hold the room! THEY DONT CHARGE your credit card until check out. Note check in is 3PM. Can possibly check in before 3PM, if not, hotel stated can check in after wedding. For the bridal and groom party - if can't check in before we leave to venue. I asked the hotel and they stated you can check in AFTER the wedding party on Sunday if you'd like! If it will be past midnight, they have asked I let them know who! Feel free to stay the night before (Saturday) if you'd like, so no need to drive up early to the hotel for hair and makeup!
