We met in Seattle, on Hinge, shortly after Corinne moved there and as the world reopened following COVID-19 lockdowns. Our first date was on April 8, 2021 at Fremont Brewing, and was Corinne's first Hinge date (not Travis's). We enjoyed a summer of hiking, backpacking, swimming, and enjoying double IPAs. We moved in together in June 2022, acquired our first dog Sadie, and spent another year and a half in Seattle skiing, running ultramarathons, attending concerts, and dominating trivia nights. After Travis finished grad school, we relocated to Laramie, Wyoming, in 2024. Prior to moving, Corinne foster failed Dottie, adding our second dog to our family. We've enjoyed our time in Laradise with great access to the outdoors and wonderful friends. On September 19, 2024, during a post-work bike ride at Pilot Hill, Travis surprised Corinne with a proposal at the trailhead, and the next day we flew to Europe for Travis’s conference in Oxford followed by travels through Spain and Portugal.
