Question

Is Smoking Allowed?

Answer

Yes, but the venue is completely made out of wood, and because of this the venue has a strict rule on ONLY smoking in the reserved area. This also includes no smoking in the parking lot. If you do not follow these smoking rules you will be asked to leave.

Do I need to bring my ID?

Answer

Yes, the our bartending staff will be carding everyone. Please bring your ID if you would like to drink!

Are kids Allowed?

Answer

Although we love your kiddos, we do ask that no children under 15 years old not join. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up. We are requesting semi-formal dress code. Please don't wear white.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The Bride & Groom, wedding party and their families will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour and a 1/2. Guest can enjoy a cocktail, check out the venue and find their seat.

Can I take picture of the wedding and post on social media?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony and photos or video will not be allowed during the ceremony. We would love for you to enjoy the special moment with us. Feel free to take as many pictures during the reception.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest", then yes, absolutely! If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Regretfully Decline" and mail it back to us so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later then 2:30 so that you can make a short walk to the ceremony site and get settled before the proceedings.

What if I can't walk down stairs?

Answer

We will have a golf cart that will take you to and from the ceremony site.

Question

How should I RSVP & when is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Mail is the best option. In your invatation we included a stamped pre-addressed envelope to us, so fill your card out and drop it in the mailbox! We'd like everyone to reply no later than May 1st.
