Where is the ceremony and reception?

The ceremony and the reception will be held at The Pine Tree Barn. Their address is: 8412 W Mt Morris Rd, Flushing MI 48433 The Pine Tree Barn sits on 20 acres of pristine mid-Michigan land covered in an abundance of Pine, Birch, Oak and Maple trees. The barn itself is a 4,000 sq ft timber frame structure built entirely of White Oak and Pine with Cedar siding. www.thepinetreebarn.com

Is it indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will take place inside.

Is the barn air conditioned?

Yes. The Pine Tree Barn is climate controlled for Comfort in any weather.

There is on site parking and attendants to help valet and direct.

The Pine Tree barn is fully handicap accessible.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be from 5:30pm to 6:00pm. Please arrive 15 minuets early to grab a drink and be seated.

What time is the reception?

Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony from 6pm - 7pm followed by dinner from 7pm - 8pm and the reception from 8pm - midnight.

Yes drinks are on the house. Tips for the Certified bartenders serving are welcomed. A modified open bar consisting of Liquor: whiskey, vodka, bourbon, rum, spiced rum, peach schnapps Signature his and hers cocktails On Tap: Bud Lite Patriotic Paw Paw hard cider from Almars Orchard Wine: Various premium whites and reds. Cocktail hour is from 6pm to 7pm. The bar will remain open until 11pm
